Refreshing, tangy and oh so easy!

Equipment needed
Food processor or heavy duty blender.
Ingredients
Makes two small bowl portions
350g frozen mango pieces (if using fresh mango 2-3 depending on size)
Juice from 1 lime
1/4 cup warm water (use as required, may need less or more depending on mangos and blender)
If using fresh mango, cut flesh into small pieces and place in freezer on plate or tray until solid (3-4 hours). Do not freeze in one clump as you may not be able to break apart to blend.
Steps
Place frozen mango and lime juice into food processor and blend. Depending on your processor and mangos you may not need any water. Pause blending and use spatular to push down mango to help blending process.
If water is required, add as it blends (if your blender has an opening to safely do).
Add water little but little, until smooth consistency is achieved. The idea is to use as much as you need but as little as possible.
Serve immediately for slushy style or freeze in container for 2-4 hours for hard sorbet texture.
Enjoy
