  • What plans do you offer?
    We offer 5 plans. 1. Lunch only 2. Dinner only 3. Lunch & Dinner 4. Lunch, Dinner & Snack 5. Lunch, Dinner, Extra Meal & Snack. Our original plan is lunch and dinner, which is all macro and calorie tracked, while also focusing of flavour and choosing ingredients to fuel. Combine calories of both the lunch and dinner is 1,100-1,200 calories - high protein, medium carbs and low fat. The lunches are approx 500-550cals and the dinners 600-630cals. The concept is versatile as you can either enjoy the meals knowing they’re healthy and balanced, or track your calories and add your own breakfast/snack to reach your daily target. The menu changes each week.
  • What is the duration of your plans?
    We offer a 1 week or a 4 week plan. Theres no subscription and once your plan ends will notify you to either renew on to a new plan or to arrange cooler bag collection. (We don't take any deposit for cooler bags either!)
  • How do I order?
    You can order and pay directly online through Locale, our ordering system. Each menu indicates the start date of your plan.
  • When do I need to order by?
    8pm on Saturdays is the deadline for the following week. We do have a Kitchen capacity and only order the right amount of food for the exact amount of customers each week. This means we tend to sell out each week - typically anytime before saturday lunchtime is good to order, as we tend to reach our capacity soon after this.
  • Do you take any deposit?
    No, we don't take deposits for our cooler bags :) We'll bring your cooler bag with your first delivery. We do ask that you leave this bag out for the next delivery so we can swap with your new meals.
  • Where do you deliver to and what will my delivery time be?
    We deliver within the UAE to Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah. You can select a 30 min delivery window between 04.30am - 11.00am. Delivery days are... Monday for 1 day of meals Tuesday for 2 days of meals Thursday for 2 days of meals It's important to not leave your food out for too long! We always aim to be within the first 5 minutes of your delivery window.
  • Can I make changes to the plan?
    Yes, If you're on a monthly plan you can pause your plan for the duration of your trip and resume when you return. We can also accomodate for special occasions. We don't usually pause for the 1 week plan.
  • Do you do custom meal plans?
    We offer a various meal plans which are fully tracked. This enables you to use MyFitnessPal to track your meals and supplement the plan with your own foods outside of the plans to keep track of your daily nutritional goals. We don't currently customise the meals but can remove some ingredients to accommodate for allergies - please contact us for more information. We are also on hand to offer advice on what to pair our meals with to achieve your own personal goal.
  • Can you accommodate specific dietary requests for allergies?
    Please note that we are an open kitchen that contains nuts and gluten and so may not be able to accommodate specific requests.
  • How do I track the nutrition of the meals?
    Each meal has a unique barcode on which gives the accurate protein, carbohydrate and fat intake, along with the full calorie count. This can then be scanned into MyFitness Pal for accurate recording of your daily nutritional intake. You'll also receive a full print out with all the ingredients used in each meal and the exact calories and macronutrients.
  • How many meals will I recieve?
    - We deliver one days worth of meals on the first day of your plan. - Two days worth of meals on the second day of your plan. - Two days worth of meals on the fourth day of your plan. Along with your meals will be a menu of your delivery and a full ingredients breakdown. (This includes all ingredients and weights, right down to the spices and seasonings)
  • How much do the plans cost?
    This information is displayed for each plan on our ordering page.
