We've team up with Integrated Performance to offer, currently exclusively for JLC customers a bespoke service to accompany your meals, helping you maximise results, even quicker. You may be struggling with your weight, lacking confidence, becoming increasingly stressed or wanting to build muscle, increase performance and look your best. This coaching is our way of help and support beyond just nutrition. It's about your unique path to health and wellness. We're here to educate you, guide you, support you, and help you discover what the best version of yourself looks like.

We’ll help you understand your own nutritional requirements and what that looks like as a food diary
Plan around your current exercise regime or even program training specifically for you.
Keep you accountable with regular check ins.
You can link your health trackers such as Apple Watch to our app, record your daily stats, upload progress pictures and interact with others on the course.
It’s all part of a specific 4 week course, with simple, easy to follow steps.
No more guess work, no time consuming planning, it’s impossible not to succeed if you follow the steps!

How can I join?
Each course begins on a Thursday with preparation objectives to begin the course on Monday (when you also receive your JLC meals).
You'll have an intake form to complete which allows us to make the course personalised to you and your lifestyle. We'll check in with you a few times over the first few days to help plan your training (if you'd like us to program for you) and have you set up to succeed in all aspects of the course.
You don't need to be on a JLC meal plan for the whole 4 weeks but it is required for at least the 1st week of the course.
