A lunch, dinner & snack plan which includes 5 days of lunch, dinners and snacks delivered throughout the week (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday).
The plan is designed so you can match your outside meals to reach your own target. If you would like any advice on what to have outside your meals, we are happy to guide and offer complementary consultations to all our customers.
Your plan will always total between 1,350 - 1450 calories per day and this information is shared on the lid of each meal and inside your bag with each delivery.

Dinners 600-620cals
Snack 200cals
If you use MyFitnessPal we also have barcodes on the meals which you can scan into your account!
